Create a VCpay Card

Creating a VCpay card is super easy, here’s how:

Check your available balance

For a VCpay card to be accepted, you must have sufficient balance in your account.
How to load funds

Click “Create Card”

From the home screen or in the app menu, click “Create Card”.

Select card type

  • Single-use cards are valid for one transaction.
  • Normal cards are for regular or frequent transactions.

Set the card spend limit amount

(This is the limit the card can be used up-to)
  • Single-use cards – spend up to the limit on one transaction.
  • Normal cards – spend up to the limit* on multiple transactions.

Click “Create Card”

It’s time to shop!

  • It’s that easy, you’ve just created your first Mobile Virtual MasterCard®.

To use your VCpay card, enter the card details as you would a regular credit / debit card on any South African online store or app.
